From August 7 to August 11, 2024, the CLE grounds will be buzzing with activity as visitors from Thunder Bay and beyond gather for one of Northwestern Ontario’s premier summer events.

A Packed Schedule of Entertainment

The 2024 CLE is pulling out all the stops with a diverse range of attractions, including thrilling carnival rides, games, and the ever-popular agricultural exhibits showcasing the region’s farming heritage. Visitors can also look forward to the return of the CLE’s famous food vendors, offering everything from classic fair favorites to international cuisine.

Live Music Lineup for the 2024 Canadian Lakehead Exhibition and Fair

The 2024 Canadian Lakehead Exhibition (CLE) is set to feature an incredible lineup of live music, with performances from iconic Canadian bands that are sure to make this year’s fair unforgettable. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Wednesday, August 7: Lee Aaron – Kicking off the festivities, the “Metal Queen” herself, Lee Aaron, will rock the stage with her powerful vocals and classic hits.
  • Thursday, August 8: Doug & The Slugs – Get ready for a night of feel-good music with this beloved Canadian band, known for their catchy tunes and fun performances.
  • Friday, August 9: Nick Gilder & Sweeney Todd – Enjoy a blast from the past with Nick Gilder and Sweeney Todd, performing hits like “Hot Child in the City.”
  • Saturday, August 10: Haywire – The weekend heats up with Haywire, bringing their energetic rock anthems and infectious energy to the CLE stage.
  • Sunday, August 11: Destroyer – Wrapping up the fair, Destroyer, a renowned KISS tribute band, will deliver an electrifying performance that captures the spirit of the legendary rock band.
