Players to Watch

Ian Holt (United States) – Fresh off his first career victory at the Explore NB Open, Holt has secured exempt membership for the rest of the 2024 season and the Latin America Swing of 2025. He is now 11th in the Fortinet Cup standings.

Matthew Anderson (Canada) – Holding the No. 2 position in the Fortinet Cup, Anderson has notched four top-10 finishes this season, including a win at the 69th ECP Brazil Open.

Frederik Kjettrup (Denmark) – The current leader in the Fortinet Cup, Kjettrup has won back-to-back events to kick off the North America Swing. A third victory would grant him exempt Korn Ferry Tour membership.

John Keefer (United States) – Keefer has earned exempt status through a top 25 finish in the 2024 PGA TOUR University Ranking, with consecutive runner-up finishes in his last two events.

Ricardo Celia (Colombia) – Making his sixth start of the season, Celia has two top-25 finishes and was the low Latin in last week’s event.

Joey Savoie (Canada) – A Quebec-native, Savoie has four top-25 finishes this season and posted his best showing at the Bromont Open in 2022.

Michael Brennan (United States) – Brennan achieved his first career top-10 finish at the Explore NB Open and made his professional debut earlier this year.


Tournament History

Golf Château-Bromont hosts the Bromont Open for the second consecutive year. Notable past champions include PGA TOUR member Taylor Pendrith (2019) and Korn Ferry Tour members Davis Lamb (2023), Ryan Gerard (2022), and Hank Lebioda (2017).


Fortinet Cup Overview

The Bromont Open is the fourth event in the North America Swing and the 10th event of the season. The top 120 players after the North America Swing’s ninth event will advance to the Fortinet Cup Championship. The season will conclude in Caledon, Ontario, with the top 10 players earning exempt membership to the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour.


PGA TOUR Americas – 2024 Season Summary

The 2024 season offers up to 15 Korn Ferry Tour cards, with five conditional memberships available from both the Latin America and North America Swings. The top 10 players in the season-long Fortinet Cup points list will earn exempt membership.
