THUNDER BAY – NEWS – An investigation has led to charges against a Thunder Bay resident for possession of child pornography.
Investigation and Arrest
The Thunder Bay Police Service Cyber Crimes Unit initiated the investigation in March following online tip reports. On June 6, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Huron Crescent by the Cyber Crime Unit, with support from the Community Oriented Response and Engagement (CORE) Unit. The suspect was located and arrested on site.
Charges and Court Appearance
Jackson Jennings, 23, of Thunder Bay, has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography. Jennings appeared in court on Thursday and was released with conditions pending a future court date.
