Thunder Bay – The 2023 Parade of Lights and the Thunder Bay Police Association took all the ohhhs and ahhhs and Merry Christmas’s possible last night with over 100 brightly decorated trucks in this year’s parade.

This annual event brought out thousands of people along Memorial Avenue and Fort William Road and cheered and warmed the hearts of all who participated and attended.
