Update from Thunder Bay Catholic School Board Regarding Threats

THUNDER BAY – News – The Thunder Bay Catholic School Board report, “Late this afternoon, we were notified of a threat to St. Ignatius High School Thunder Bay.

“At this time, we are working closely with Thunder Bay Police Services.
All after school activities, and all community use of schools at St. Ignatius are canceled for tonight, November 28th. The school will remain closed until further notice.”
“Thunder Bay Police continued their investigation regarding the threat made to St. Patrick High School. In collaboration with the Thunder Bay Police and Board Administration, a walk-though was conducted and no threats were identified.
“The school is safe and ready to be reopened. All classes and school activities will resume Wednesday, November 29th. The Early Release Day will resume as scheduled for Wednesday.”
