THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched to a address in the 300 Block of Tupper Street on the city’s north-side today at about 11:00 am.

Police were attending to assist an outside agency according to TBPS.

However the call developed from there, leading reportedly to four individuals being taken into custody.
