Fort Frances – Weather – Environment Canada report that A line of thunderstorms extending from southern Manitoba into northern Minnesota will move into northwestern Ontario this afternoon. Severe thunderstorm warnings may be issued as these thunderstorms approach.
Severe thunderstorm watch in effect for:
- Kenora – Grassy Narrows – Whitedog
- Sioux Narrows – Nestor Falls – Morson
- Fort Frances – Emo – Rainy River
Hazards:
Hail 1 to 2 cm in diameter
Locally heavy rainfall of 20 to 40 mm
