THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Welcome to Monday.

Thunder Bay

Cloudy skies are greeting you this morning along with a 70 per cent chance of showers. There is a risk of a thunderstorm early this morning.

Temperature will remain steady near 12.

The UV index 5 or moderate.

Tonight will see partly cloudy skies with a 60 per cent chance of showers. There will be a risk of a thunderstorm overnight. Fog patches could be developing overnight. Low overnight of +9.

Fort Frances

Monday in Fort Frances will see cloudy skies and a 40 per cent chance of showers. Winds will be southeast at 20 km/h late in the morning. High for Monday of +20.

The Humidex will be 25. The UV Index will be 5 or moderate.

Monday night will see mainly cloudy skies with a 60 per cent chance of showers. There will be a risk of a thunderstorm overnight. Winds will be from the southeast at 20 km/h becoming light after midnight. Low overnight of +13.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

Monday will see a high of +19 in Dryden. It will be cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers. Winds will become southeast 20 km/h in the morning.

The UV index 5 or moderate.

Mainly cloudy skies will continue Monday evening with a 60 per cent chance of showers. Monday evening will also have the risk of a thunderstorm overnight.

Winds will be from the southeast at 30 km/h becoming light near midnight. Low overnight of +12.

Sachigo Lake

Monday will see a high of +25 in Sachigo Lake. Skies will become a mix of sun and cloud in the morning. Winds will be from the east at 20 km/h gusting to 40 in the afternoon.

Monday evening will see clear skies with an overnight low of 15.
