Jacob Green in Custody Charged with First Degree Murder
THUNDER BAY – NEWS – An arrest has been made in the murder of Adrian Anthony RICHARDSON.
On Monday May 2, 2022 at approximately 11:30 pm, police responded to a call for assistance in the area of 400 Hodder Avenue.
A 29-year-old man later identified as Adrian Anthony RICHARDSON was located with serious injuries. He died from injuries sustained during a shooting incident and was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Sunday, June 12, 2022, members of the Thunder Bay Police Service’s BEAR and Major Crime Units located and arrested Jacob GREEN, 20, of Thunder Bay, in the area of Castlegreen housing complex.
GREEN is charged with First-Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in bail court on Monday, June 13.
The Major Crime Unit is actively looking to identify one outstanding male believed to be involved in the murder of Adrian RICAHRDSON
The suspect is described as a male, standing about 5’8” tall with a skinny or average build, and black curly hair. He is believed to be between the ages of 17 and 21 years old. In the video surveillance footage, he appears to be wearing a grey New Balance sweatshirt.
The accused is believed to be armed and dangerous. If you see this person, please do not approach and instead find a safe place where you can call 9-1-1.
