THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Overall a mixed bag of weather across Western Ontario. Rain and the risk of a thunderstorm for Fort Frances is forecast.

Sachigo Lake will have a super summer like day.

Thunder Bay

It is +5 this morning in Thunder Bay. Skies are clear, get out and enjoy the day. The high will be +20.

Tonight will see partly cloudy skies with clouds rolling in after midnight and a low of +8.

Fort Frances

It is +13 in Fort Frances this morning. The daytime high will be +22.

Skies will be a mix of sun and clouds, with a 60 per cent potential for rain this afternoon. There will also be a risk of a thunderstorm. Winds will be from the south at 20 gusting up to 40 this morning.

The UV Index will be 6 or high.

Tonight will be mainly cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of rain along with the risk of a thunderstorm. Winds will be from the southeast at 20 gusting to 40 km/h before becoming light early this evening. Overnight low of 13.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

It is +13 in Dryden this morning. Mainly sunny skies to start your Sunday however there will be increasing cloudiness this afternoon then a 40 per cent chance of showers late this afternoon. Winds will becoming southeast 20 km/h this morning. High +18.

Tonight will see mainly cloudy skies with a 40 per cent chance of showers. Low overnight of +12.

Sachigo Lake

It will be +24 in Sachigo Lake today. Skies will be clear,

Clear skies will continue tonight with a low of +13.
