THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – One week of June, does it seem to you that the clock is somehow going faster in the spring and heading to summer than it does in the winter?

Thunder Bay

It is +6 this morning at 06:00 am heading to a high of 22 under a mix of sun and clouds. The forecast is calling for a 40 per cent potential for rain this afternoon. There is the possibility of fog patches but they should burn off this morning. Winds will be from the Northwest at 20 km/h later this morning.

The UV Index is 7 or High.

Tonight expect partly cloudy skies with a continued 40 per cent possibility of rain. The low overnight will be +9.

Fort Frances

It is +4 this morning in FORT FRANCES. Skies will be clear this morning, however there will be clouds rolling in this afternoon along with a 30 per cent possibility of rain. The high for Tuesday will be +22.

The UV Index will be 7 or high.

Tonight will see clouds along with a 30 per cent chance of rain. The overnight low will be 6.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

It is +9 heading to +19 today in Dryden and area. Expect mainly cloudy skies with a solid 40 per cent possibility of rain this morning.

The UV Index will be 6 or high.

Tonight will see partly cloudy skies with a continued 40 per cent possibility of rain showers. The skies will clear later tonight with an overnight low of 7.

Sachigo Lake

It is +9 heading to +18 in Sachigo today. Expect a mix of sun and cloud with the UV Index at 7 or high.

Tonight will be cloudy with some breaks in the clouds late tonight. There could be fog patches developing. The overnight low will be 6.
