Winnipeg Police Say Suspect Could be Thunder Bay Bound
THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Winnipeg Police are reporting that the Homicide Unit has identified Neigel Ryan NOEL, 53, as a suspect in a Second Degree Murder in Winnipeg.
Investigators believe he has fled to Ontario, possibly to the Thunder Bay area.
The Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit is seeking the public’s assistance regarding the murder of Scott Matthew CATCHEWAY, 39, of Winnipeg.
On May 4, 2022, at approximately 9:00 pm police responded to a disturbance and serious assault in the 400 block of Young Street. Officers subsequently located the deceased victim, CATCHEWAY, outside a residence.
The Homicide Unit has identified Neigel Ryan NOEL, 53, as a suspect.
- NOEL is 5’9” in height, with a heavy build.
- Tattoos include: “VENI VIDI VICI” on his chest and “CREAM” on his right arm
Do not approach NOEL as he may be armed.
