THUNDER BAY – The 2022 Martial Arts and Health Expo is a multi-day event attracting spectators and participants from across Canada and the USA.
This international event includes brown/black belt testing conducted by Master Albert Mady (9th Degree Black), 30 specialized seminars offered by expert instructors, Expo banquet and cultural activities all hosted at Lakehead University.
There is something for everyone at the Expo! Specialized sessions for Youth and a partnership with a local school to sponsor participation for their students.
In addition, yoga, qi gong, boxing, meditation, self-defence, sword fitness, women’s empowerment, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions are available, as well as inspiring speakers on personal development.
