THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – All of the rainfall warnings for Western and Northern Ontario have ended.

Thunder Bay

Showers will be ending early this morning followed by cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers this morning, and again late this afternoon. There is a risk of a thunderstorm.

Winds will be from the east at 20 km/h before becoming light this morning.

High for Friday the 13th will be 22. The UV index is 5 or moderate.

Tonight will see mainly cloudy skies. There will be a 30 per cent chance of showers early this evening with a risk of a thunderstorm. Winds will be from the southeast at 30 km/h before becoming light early this evening. Low overnight of 12.

Fort Frances

It is 11 to start your Friday the 13th in Fort Frances. Skies will become a mix of sun and cloud later this morning. There is a 30 per cent chance of showers late this afternoon.

Winds will be from the southeast at 20 km/h gusting to 70 and becoming south winds at 40 gusting to 60 this afternoon.

High 23. Humidex 25. UV index will be 8 or very high.

Tonight we are forecasting partly cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers this evening and after midnight.

Skies will be clearing before Saturday morning. Winds will be from the southwest at 30 km/h gusting to 50 becoming light this evening. Low 11.

Dryden and Vermilion Bay

It is +10 this morning in Dryden. Cloudy skies will give way to a mix of sun and cloud this morning. There is a 30 per cent chance of showers late this afternoon. Winds will be from the south at 30 km/h gusting to 60. High 22.

For Wasaho Cree Nation, the temperature is right at the freezing mark this morning at 06:00 am. A mix of sun and cloud with a 60 per cent chance of showers this afternoon is the forecast for Friday the 13th.

Winds will be from the northeast at 20 km/h becoming light early this morning. Winds will becoming easterly at 30 gusting to 50 this morning. High plus 5.
