THUNDER BAY – LIVING – Student Transportation in Thunder Bay report a number of cancelled school bus routes for Friday.

Due to widespread hazardous flooding and road conditions across O’Connor Township all school buses servicing Whitefish Public School, including high school students on those same buses, are cancelled for Friday, May 13, 2022. WHITEFISH SCHOOL WILL BE OPEN.

  • SOUTH 15 servicing Nor’wester View AM & PM, Westmount AM & PM cancelled through Tuesday, May 17
  • SOUTH 16 servicing Elsie MacGill AM & PM, Westgate PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 29 servicing Kakabeka AM & PM, Westgate AM cancelled for Friday, May 13. High School students can board another transfer bus at Kakabeka PS Transfer Point.
  • SOUTH 40 servicing Holy Family AM & PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 43 servicing St. Patrick AM & PM, Pope John Paul II AM & PM, St. Martin AM & PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 50 servicing St Patrick AM & PM, Pope John Paul II AM, St Francis AM & PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 56 servicing St Patrick AM & PM, Pope John Paul II AM & PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 63 servicing St Patrick AM & PM, Pope John Paul II AM, St Martin AM & PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 73 servicing St Patrick AM, Pope John Paul II AM & PM, Westmount AM, CD Howe AM & PM, Our Lady of Charity AM & PM, Kingsway PM cancelled for Friday, May 13
  • SOUTH 74 servicing St Patrick AM & PM, Sherbrooke AM & PM, Westgate AM & PM, St Elizabeth AM cancelled until further notice.
