TECHNOLOGY – The Elon Musk takeover of Twitter appears to have hit a stumbling block.
There are two reasons for this. First Twitter is examining the number of spam accounts on the system.
Second, downward pressure on Tesla stock is putting pressure on Musk’s finances. The Musker is looking for additional partners to finance the deal.
