Hodder Avenue Homicide – Police Seek Public Assistance

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding a homicide that occurred in the Hodder Avenue area, and request public assistance in identifying three suspects.

On Monday May 2, 2022 at approximately 11:30 pm, police responded to a call for assistance in the area of 400 Hodder Avenue.

A 29-year-old Thunder Bay man was located in the area with serious injuries. He died from his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

TBPS in a media statement say, “Investigators are now looking to identify three suspects and a vehicle of interest. Still photos from surveillance video showing the three suspects and vehicle are attached to this release.”

Suspect descriptors follow:

Person #1 believed to be a male dark jacket, dark pants with white stripe and appears to be carrying a black bag.

Person #2 believed to be male, slim build dark clothing.

Person #3 believed to be male slim build, dark clothing, white hat or hoodie.

Vehicle of Interest: A suspect vehicle has also been identified as a black-coloured Ford SUV with no plates.
