THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Environment Canada has upgraded the weather advisory to a Snowfall Warning. The forecast is now for up to 25 centimetres of snow.
The snowfall, which EC report could be as rates of 2 to 3 centimetres per hour is expected Tuesday through Tuesday night.
