SIOUX LOOKOUT – NEWS – The Sioux Lookout Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are requesting assistance from the public in locating Rance Ronnelle CARDINAL, 27 years old, from Sioux Lookout.
CARDINAL is described as an indigenous male, 5’7″ tall and 165lbs with brown eyes, medium/athletic build and short black hair shaved into the form of a mohawk. He was believed to be wearing a black Helly Hansen jacket, black knee length shorts, black and grey Reebok shoes and large camouflage over-the-head ear phones.
CARDINAL was last seen walking outside the area of Millar Crescent at approximately 5:15pm on Saturday September 25, 2021.
