Los Angeles’ inspiring young Real Estate Advisor, David Ferrugio, knows how important it is to establish a strong relationship between a client and a realtor. Therefore, with a strong sense of work ethic, he works hard to make sure that his clients are satisfied and comfortable with his services.
David kick started his career 10 years ago by working in different startups. From working as a salesman at a startup video production company to handling an interior design firm as an operations manager, David did it all. And after many jobs and lessons, he finally fell into the real estate business. Therefore, he started working at a well known southern Californian brokerage, Rodeo Realty, where he was awarded as a top producing agent during the first 5 years of his career. As of now, the Real Estate Advisor has recently started working with a new brokerage, Compass.
As an agent, David understands the complications that come along the way when one is selling a home or finding homes for sale. Thus, in order to remove the stress clients usually face along the way, he used his creativity to make the process more comfortable and smooth. He mixed his content creation ideas with video marketing, to create “scripted comedic commercials”. These short videos not only expose David’s brand and properties, but also helps break the ice between the client and realtor. As a result, this unique marketing technique narrates an entertaining story to sell a house, instead of just presenting professional photos of the area. One of his popular videos, “Life Love and Real Estate with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” depicts a comical skit where a Los Angeles Real Estate Agent has his heart broken right before a showing in a million dollar listing. Therefore, these short 1-2 minute videos serve as an attraction tool through which David is able to grasp the attention of his prospect clients.
Through his real estate business, David has successfully represented many buyers, sellers, and investors. As a result, he soon hopes to hang his license in New York as well.
