The Thunder Bay Police Service would like to take this opportunity to urge members of the public to come forward when they witness, or become aware of, crimes against vulnerable citizens.
Members of the homeless community, seniors, persons with intellectual disabilities, and children are examples of vulnerable citizens who are less likely to report when they have become victimized by crime. By reporting on their behalf, and sharing evidence with police, we can begin to help these vulnerable victims.
The Thunder Bay Police Service would also like to thank the members of the public who came forward to provide investigators with relevant information and the local media for its timely response
