Thunder Bay Police Continue to Investigation Motor Vehicle Pedestrian Collision on Red River Road

Thunder Bay – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision involving a pickup truck and pedestrian.

Police are continuing their investigation.

Police units were dispatched to a parking lot in the 800 block of Red River Road just before 1:55 pm following reports of a collision that had just occurred.
Paramedics with Superior North EMS and firefighters with Thunder Bay Fire Rescue were also dispatched.
Police discovered that a female pedestrian had been injured as a result of the collision. She was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre for further treatment.
The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time but believed to be serious.
