COVID-19 Cases Surging in Thunder Bay District

Thunder Bay – COVID-19 Update – The Thunder Bay District Health Unit reports 60 (sixty) new COVID-19 cases in residents in the TBDHU Region. There has been another death from the virus. There have now been thirty people die from the virus in the reporting district.

Twenty-Five Cases have been resolved, the total current active cases is 350.

Six more people have been admitted to hospital. There are five patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Ontario Case Overview

Ontario reports 1,258 cases of COVID-19 today, and over 64,000 tests completed.

There are 362 new cases of the virus in Toronto, 274 cases in Peel and 104 cases in York Region.
