Thunder Bay – MISSING – Thunder Bay Police Service request public assistance in helping to locate missing 31-year-old Tiffany Bouchard.
Tiffany BOUCHARD was last seen at 8:00 am EST on February 9th, 2021 on Robertson Street.
Tiffany is an Indigenous female, 5’7″, 270 lbs, with a fair complexion, brown eyes, long wavy brown hair and a tattoo of a purple heart on her left chest. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, black pants and a black shirt.
