OTTAWA – “Remember this is not forever, we are in the final stretch,” says Prime Minister Trudeau.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau provided an update in Ottawa on the federal government’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic.
In his remarks, the prime minister also comments on the resignation of Julie Payette as governor general, and on his upcoming telephone call with U.S. President Joe Biden, during which he is expected to discuss the president’s decision to cancel the permit for the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.
