Kenora OPP Charge Percy HENRY with Break and Enter

KENORA – Offficers with the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a man in relation to a Break and Enter on Park Street.

OPP report that on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at 5:07 am, officers responded to a break and enter call on Park Street in the City of Kenora.

Police attended along with the Northwest Canine Unit. Police entered the building and were able to locate a lone person who was arrested.

As a result of the investigations 27-year-old Percy HENRY of Kenora has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) offences;

  • Break, Enter a place-commit indictable offence, sec 348(1)(b) CC
  • Mischief Over $5000, sec 430(3) CC
  • Possession of Break In Instruments, sec 351(1) CC

The accused was released on a Form 10 to attend the Kenora Courthouse on Thursday February 11, 2021 to answer to the charges.

The charges in this article are allegations, and the defendant(s) is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
