Thunder Bay Weather Outlook

It is -18 in Thunder Bay this morning on the way to a high of -14. The wind chill will be near -25 today. Skies will be a mix of sun and cloud. There is a 40 percent chance of flurries this morning and early this afternoon. Winds will becoming northwest 20 km/h this afternoon.

Tonight, the overnight low will be -23 with the windchill dipping to -32 overnight. That means there is a risk of frostbite. Winds will be up to 15 km/h.

Marten Falls / Ogoki Weather

At -24.8 in Marten Falls, for today the forecast is calling for periods of light snow ending this morning then a mix of sun and cloud. Winds will be up to 15 km/h. The high. today will be -19, however with the wind chill it will feel more like – this morning and -26 this afternoon. There is a risk of frostbite.
Tonight the low will be -27, under partly cloudy skies with winds blowing at up to 15 km/h. Wind chill will be -28 this evening and -36 overnight. This of course means the risk of frostbite.

Greenstone Geraldton

It is -22 in Geraldton this morning at 7:00 am EST on the way to a high of -17. Today’s weather will feature a mix of sun and cloud with a 40 percent chance of flurries. Wind up to 15 km/h. The wind chill will make it feel more like -27.

Tonight will see partly cloudy skies with a 30 percent chance of flurries. Winds up to 15 km/h. -26 will be the overnight low, with wind chill at -26 this evening and -34 overnight. There will be a risk of frostbite for exposed skin at those overnight windchill values.

Kenora and Lake of the Woods

It is -19c in Kenora at 6:00 am CST. The weather service says to expect a mix of sun and cloud for Tuesday with a 40 percent chance of flurries this morning. Winds will be blowing at up to 15 km/h. The high today will be -18. With the wind chill it will be -30 this morning and -25 this afternoon. With the windchill today, bundle up there is a risk of frostbite for exposed skin.

Tonight will see mainly cloudy skies. The forecast is for snow beginning overnight with about two centimetres expected. Winds becoming south 30 km/h gusting to 50 this evening. The overnight low will be -20, however with the winds it will feel more like -26 this evening -33 overnight.
