Fort Frances – Rainy River District OPP are asking for public assistance in locating Gerhard PENNER, age 36, of Dawson Ontario.
PENNER left Dawson on the morning of Wednesday January 13, 2021. PENNER is believed to be operating a black 2008 Toyota Prius with an Ontario licence plate of CBAH886. His direction of travel is unknown at this time.
