Southbridge Pinewood Reports Second Staff Person Tested Positive for COVID-19

Thunder Bay – COVID-19 Update – Southbridge Pinewood Long-Term Care facility is reporting a second staff member has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

In a posting to the company website they report, “We received confirmation from the public health unit that two members of our staff have tested positive for COVID-19. This was detected by our regular nasal swab surveillance testing. These staff members are currently isolating and recovering at home”.

There are currently outbreaks of COVID-19 at Southbridge Roseview, and Pioneer Village in Thunder Bay.
