December 19, 2020 – Thunder Bay District Health Unit Reports Ten New COVID-19 Cases

Thunder Bay – COVID-19 – Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is reporting 10 (ten) new COVID-19 cases in residents in the TBDHU Region.

All of the latest cases are in the Thunder Bay and surrounding communities.

Two cases are at the Roseview Long-term care facility

Of the ten cases, all are self-isolating.

The Health Unit reports that four cases, outside of the Roseview Outbreak are from close contact. Two are pending and two remain unknown as to how the person contracted the virus.

There are currently 101 active cases in the district.
