Thunder Bay – COVID-19 has hammered so many events throughout 2020. It is very positive to share that not everything has been shutdown because of the virus.
This year’s International Students Holiday dinner is a go.
It is likely more important this year than last year, many of the International Students in Thunder Bay who in past years were invited to people’s homes are not going to, and likely would not want to accept those invitations.
This year, once again, with a growing list of sponsors, the International Student’s Dinner will provide 100 students with a holiday meal.
The 2nd Annual Welcome Home Holiday Dinner – Pick Up Edition for our international students would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of beautiful people in our city and the sponsorship of amazing local businesses and organizations.

We are also currently working on getting donations from all over the city for door prize draws that will happen during that evening and the generosity we have been receiving has been mind blowing!! The prizes and donors will be announced closer to the event

The meal will be served via the Pick-Up window at the Hub Bazaar on Victoria Avenue East in the downtown Fort William BIA.
