THUNDER BAY – August 21, 2020 – Highway has re-opened to traffic.
The Ontario Provincial Police report that Highway 17 is closed between the Highway 11 Junction and Shabaqua and Highway 599.
The closure is due to a collision. The OPP are on site.

The OPP state that this is a fatal accident that involved three transport trucks.
