THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police seek public assistance in locating a 45-year-old male, Todd LIMER.
Todd Limer is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 183 lbs, 5’11” with brown short spiked hair, brown eyes and has a tattoo of crown and star on his left and right wrist respectively. Last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, green shorts, and black runners.
