OPP Seek Assistance Locating Stolen Shuniah Municipality Truck

THUNDER BAY – On July 19, 2020, at approximately 3:45 om EDT, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police, Thunder Bay Detachment received a report of a stolen motor vehicle from the Municipality of Shuniah located on Lakeshore Road.

The police are looking for a blue, 2012 Chevrolet 2500 HD Silverado bearing Ontario Licence # AB10988. The truck has “Municipality of Shuniah” decals on the driver and passenger doors, a flashing light bar, white fuel “D” tank in the box, steel running boards, and the rear passenger quarter panel has a dent in it.

The vehicle was stolen sometime between July 17 -19, 2020 from the Shuniah Township public works yard.
