THUNDER BAY – Living on Lake Superior, and in Northern Ontario, hurricanes, tropical storms and tropical depressions are not usually a part of our weather reporting.

However, the remnants of Tropical Depression Cristobal are going to track through our region on Wednesday. Thunder Bay will be on the outer western edge of the weather system as it makes its way across Lake Superior and into the North.

Winds in the 55 km/h range are expected across parts of the region.
