Ontario Extends Emergency Measures Until May 12 2020

THUNDER BAY – As of April 14, 2020 – Ontario has extended the Emergency Measures until May 12, 2020. This means Ontario schools will remain closed.

It means non-essential businesses must remain closed.

The measures were passed today in a special emergency session of the Ontario Legislature.

The resolution was passed with all parties, the Ontario Progressive Conservatives, the Ontario New Democrats, and the Ontario Liberals and Green Party supporting the motion.
