POPLAR HILL FN – The community of Poplar Hill First Nation and many across Northern Ontario are mourning the death of Jacob Strang, the Chief of Poplar Hill First Nation.
Chief Jacob Strang passed away Saturday night.
Chief Strang was serving a second term as Chief of Poplar Hill FN which has a population of 475 people and is located 500 kilometres to the north of Thunder Bay.
