THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Thunder Bay remains under a snowfall warning. The weather service is calling for up to twenty centimeters of additional snow to fall by Tuesday morning.
Driving conditions around the city and around the region are going to offer a challenge. If you don’t need to go out consider postponing your trip.
However, the highway closures which were in effect on December 29/19 have ended and highways are open. The weather warnings west of Thunder Bay have ended.
Heading east however there are freezing rain warnings, and freezing rain and ice pellets in central and southern Ontario.
If you are travelling by air, it is likely worth checking with your air service provider.
