THUNDER BAY – Prime Minister Trudeau has appointed Thunder Bay-Superior North MP Patty Hajdu as Canada’s Minister of Health.

Minister Hajdu shares some insight into her new role, and on how her experiences in Thunder Bay will assist her in working forward in both the new cabinet position but also in the minority cabinet.

The Minister’s office in Thunder Bay is at 705 Red River Road.

An MP’s office is a point of contact for people seeking assistance from government. Often even though the office of an MP is designed to cover federal issues, people come in with issues that range from civic, provincial and federal issues.

Minister Hajdu’s office is no different than the office of any other MP in those concerns raised by constituents.
