KENORA – The Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police(OPP) is looking to the public to assist in locating a 53-year-old Kenora male.
On Monday, November 19, 2019, members of the Kenora OPP received a report of a missing person. The male was last observed in the downtown Kenora area on November 18, 2019.
Howard STRONG is described as an Indigenous male, 5’8, approximately 120 lbs and dark hair.
