Online Threat Cancels Classes at Westgate Collegiate

THUNDER BAY – The Lakehead Board of Education advises: “Due to an online threat directed at Westgate CVI, Westgate will be closed today – Fri, Oct 11. Students already on buses will be returned home. Students without keys will be dropped off at Westmount PS. All efforts will be made to re-open the school on Tuesday, October 15″.

The school received notice of a threat posted, apparently on Snapchat.
