SANDY LAKE – Weather – Update – The special weather statement has been ended as of 07:30 EDT.
Earlier – Environment Canada is calling for snow for parts of Northern Ontario.
The weather service says that “A taste of winter with first significant snowfall of the season tonight.”
Snow will continue across the region for the rest of tonight. Snowfall amounts of 10 cm are likely; however, up to 15 cm are possible by Tuesday morning.

- Summer Beaver – Wunnummin Lake – Kingfisher Lake
- Sandy Lake – Weagamow Lake – Deer Lake
