THUNDER BAY – For Saturday, September 14th there are a lot of events happening across the city today for you to check out.

The downtown Waterfront District may well be the place to be this Saturday!

Check out the Franco-Festival in Thunder Bay. It is happening on Van Norman Street between Court Street North and St. Paul Street. It all gets underway at 12:00 noon.

Wake the Giant is on at Marina Park. You can enter the concert via the overpass bridge by the Prince Arthur Hotel. There is a full schedule of musicians at www.wakethegiant.ca

At 5:00 pm starting at City Hall the Full Moon Memory Walk is starting. This annual walk, now headed by Sharon Johnson is to remember and honour the memories of women who have gone missing or have been murdered.

Be sure to make plans on Sunday starting at noon to head south to downtown Fort William for Southside Vibe.
