THUNDER BAY – Entertainment – It might be a little blustery out there today, but hey, this is Thunder Bay. Tonight, Choir! Choir! Choir! (CCC) bring their interactive show to the stage tonight, Wednesday, Aug. 28, at Live on the Waterfront, presented by Ontario Power Generation.
CCC, founded in 2011, combines comedy, singing and community building into their performance. The duo of Daveed Goldman and Nabu Adilman attracted media attention in 2016 after their performance of Space Oddity, a tribute to David Bowie, went viral on the internet. Since then, they are busy playing multiple shows in some of North America’s iconic venues alongside stars like Patti Smith, Rufus Wainwright, Blondie and many more.
“We could not imagine a better way to close our 2019 Live on the Waterfront season,” said Louisa Costanzo, Cultural Development & Event Supervisor. “This event is more than a concert, it’s an experience that will bring everyone together.”
Concert goers are encouraged to take part in this interactive performance by visiting www.thunderbay.ca/live and downloading the lyric sheets. There will also be a limited number of lyric sheets available at the festival ground.
CCC will be joined by Thunder Bay World Dance Collective for the final night of Live on the Waterfront.
