Dryden – Single Vehicle Accident Claims Life of Driver

DRYDEN, ON – NEWS – The OPP report that on August 4, 2019 at approximately 3:17 am, officers from the Dryden Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, Eton Township, approximately 20 km west of Dryden.

A westbound motor vehicle left the roadway, rolled and came to rest in the north ditch.

The male driver of this motor vehicle was pronounced deceased. Name of the deceased will not be released until next of kin are notified.

The Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) unit attended the scene to conduct their investigation. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
