THUNDER BAY – City Hall Sounds kicked off its seventh year of music and community engagement at City Hall in Thunder Bay.
Acting Mayor Peng You opened the day with greetings from the city.
The goal of City Hall Sounds is to make the downtown Fort William neighbourhood a safer and more engaging place for people to come, to have fun and shop and do business.
