SIOUX LOOKOUT – OPP Investigation in Attempted Break-in

SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON – The Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a mischief call on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at approximately 10:49 pm,  The incident occurred on Fifth Avenue North in Sioux Lookout.

The OPP report that “Upon arrival at the residence, officers learned that an unknown person had tried breaking into a residence and had kicked an entrance door, which was damaged as a result. Persons inside the residence heard the noise but did not see anyone in the area”.

Police say this investigation is still ongoing.
