KENORA – Minister Greg Rickford as the senior Ontario Government Minister for Northern Ontario shares information on the situation at the Thunder Bay Bombardier manufacturing facility as layoff notices for November.

Minister Rickford states that this is not a time for finger pointing and blame game politics.

The Minister shares that there are contracts and more work headed to Bombardier.

Minister Rickford has a suggestion to the federal government to help Bombardier that they need to speak with United States President Donald Trump about the high “American Content” rules that are precluding Canadian manufacturers from contracts in the United States.
