Toronto Man Arrested by Thunder Bay Police over Violation of Release Condition

THUNDER BAY – Officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Uniform Patrol division responded to a call for service at a Limbrick Place home just before 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 27.

While attending that call officers learned a male at the home was in violation of a release condition, which required him to reside at a Toronto address. The man was arrested.

Through the course of their investigation officers observed a large sum of money.

Further investigation by the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Intelligence Unit located paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.

Police seized about $9,000CAD.

Ryan ALLI-TODD, 25, of Toronto is charged with Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000, Probation Order: Non-Compliance, and Failing to Comply with Condition Recognizance.

He appeared in court Friday and was remanded into custody with a future appearance date.
