WINNIPEG – NEWS – Winnipeg Police Homicide detectives have made an arrest in the murder of Hubert Wilson McKay, 63. McKay was located deceased in a residence in the aftermath of a fire at a residence in the 500 block of Manitoba Ave. on June 1, 2019.
William Joseph Campbell, 34, has been charged with:
– Second Degree Murder
– Arson with Disregard for Human Life
He was detained in custody.
